7on7 is the premier "NON-TACKLE" spring football league that is ALL inclusive.  Working the center to quarterback exchange, pass blocking, pass rushing, and only 5 eligible receivers, 7on7 is the safest and most accurate depiction of 11 man football played in the spring.​ 7on7 Flag is for athletes 4 & 5 years of age.  This specific league is played in both the spring and fall seasons.  With a different set of rules than 7on7 (2 HAND TOUCH), development and preparation for later years of tackle football is the focus of this league.
