Do you love sports, working with kids, and giving back to your community? Round Up Inc. / P5SL is looking for dependable and enthusiastic volunteers to help support our programs and events. Our volunteers have opportunities to work on the fields, on the courts, at events, and behind the scenes while making a positive impact on youth and families in our community.

• Midland Rec Division (MRD)

• P5SL Sports and Events

• 3C's Program

• Community Events and Outreach

• Camps, Clinics, Tournaments and Special Events

Volunteer Opportunities:

• Assist coaches during practices and games

• Help with athlete and family check-in

• Assist with fields, courts, equipment, and event setup

• Help during camps, clinics, games, tournaments, and special events

• Support P5SL staff and program leaders

• Assist with office and registration needs

• Support MRD, P5SL Events, and the 3C's Program

• Help create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for youth

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must pass a background check

• Must be dependable and responsible

• Must enjoy working with children and youth

• Interest in sports, coaching, community service, or youth development is a plus

• Must be willing to work as part of a team

• Some evening and weekend availability may be needed

Do you enjoy sports, working with kids, and being part of a team? Round Up Inc. / P5SL is looking for an energetic and dependable Program Staff Member to help support our youth sports programs. This is a hands-on, hourly position with time split between office duties and working on the field, court, and at P5SL events.

Pay

$15 per hour

What You'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day P5SL sports programs

• Help with program registration and basic office tasks

• Assist coaches and program leadership as needed

• Help prepare fields, courts, equipment, and program materials

• Check in athletes and families

• Assist during practices, games, camps, clinics, and special events

• Help communicate program information to parents and participants

• Support a safe, organized, and positive environment for our athletes

• Learn and assist with coaching when needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must pass a background check

• Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual

• Must enjoy working with children and youth

• Interest in sports and coaching

• Comfortable working both in the office and on fields/courts

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Must be available for some evenings and weekends during sports seasons

Full-Time Position | Midland, Texas

Round Up Inc. / P5SL is looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated team member who has a passion for youth sports, coaching, and making a positive impact in the community. This is a full-time position working directly with the Director of Program Operations to help coordinate and support P5SL youth sports programs, coaches, volunteers, families, and events.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Weekend availability is required during sports seasons.
